Delete your PetStation account
PetStation by Shalemis gives users the ability to permanently delete their account and associated data.
Delete your account in PetStation
You can delete your PetStation account directly from the app. Follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your PetStation account.
- Open Settings.
- Find Delete account.
- Select Delete.
- Type DELETE when prompted to confirm.
- Select Permanently delete.
This action permanently removes your account and cannot be undone. Make sure you really want to delete your information before confirming.
What is deleted?
Deleting your PetStation account permanently removes:
- Your PetStation account
- Pet profiles
- Appointments
- Vaccination records
- Weight logs
- Settings
- Uploaded pet photos
Please note that deletion of uploaded photos from storage may take a short time to complete after the account is removed.
Can't access your account?
If you cannot access PetStation but want your account and associated data deleted, contact Shalemis to request account deletion.

Where possible, contact us using the email address associated with your PetStation account so we can identify and verify your request. Do not send your password or any authentication credentials by email.
